Justine Eremugo is a South Sudanese IT Specialist with over 9 years of experience in complex and fragile humanitarian contexts supporting major IT Operations and Governance. Mr. Eremugo is currently employed by Jesuit Refugee Service as an ICT Officer based in Maban, Greater Upper Nile Region supporting Education, MHPSS, and Pastoral Projects.  He is the co-founder of A+ Technologies Solutions, a privately owned IT company founded in 2014 with its main office in Juba, South Sudan. The company has other major offices in major cities in Australia (BrisbaneSydney & Alice Springs), Gulu City, Uganda, and Nairobi, Kenya. Before Assuming the ICT Officer role, he was hired by Jesuit Refugee Service as an IT Consultant supporting both the Country office and field Offices, He also worked for Relief International in the capacity of ICT Officer between 2021 and 2022, Concern Worldwide as an ICT Officer within 2021 in Nyamlell, Aweil West, World Vision South Sudan as ICT Officer Infrastructure based in Juba between 2017 and 2020 and later transition to Malakal, Upper Nile as Zonal ICT Officer managing Malakal, Renk, Melut, Kodok, Aburoc, and Ulang offices in 2020, Forcier Consulting Firm as ICT Officer between 2016 and 2017, KCB South Sudan as IT Technician attached to Network and ATMs Management and while at the University, he also casually worked as Data Analyst with the Internet Now! Project, a project funded by SAMASOURCEInveneo, and Oxfam Novib.

Justine Eremugo was born with his twin Sister Sarah Opia who lives in Brisbane, Australia. His father, Sabino Okot was Ma'di and his Mother Julia Bua (Deceased) was an Acholi who hailed from the AGORO Clan in Atiak Northern Uganda. Justine attended Sau Primary School in Mugali Payam and later joined Umwia Primary School where he sat his primary Leaving Examination. he then joined Pope John Paul II College now the present St John Paul II College for his high school. He then joined Gulu University where he graduated in IT Descipline.
