Justine Eremugo  born on 1 January 1990. His father, Sabino Okot Sr. (5 January 1942 – 1 September 1999), came from the prominent Pa'Drombe Clan of Ma'di Community in South Sudan. He was born in Sau Village, Mugali Payam in Nimule Town Council, and his mother Julia Bua (Deceased) was an Acholi who hailed from the AGORO Clan in Atiak Sub County in Northern Uganda. Justine attended Sau Primary School for his Lower Primary, Due to insurgency in the country at that time his family moved to Ogujebe Refugee Settlement in Adjumani District, and joined Umwia Primary School where he sat his Primary Leaving Examination. he then joined Pope John Paul II College Gulu now the present St John Paul II College for his high scool a prestigious mixed boarding college in Gulu District.  He then attended Gulu University where he graduated in IT discipline. While at Gulu University, He was the Class Representative until he graduated.

Justine is currently working for A+ Technologies Solutions during his free time out of office, a privately owned IT company based in Juba. He is the Co-Founder and COO of the company. His Enthusiasm for IT brought him a lot of accolades from organizations, companies, and non-professional and professional colleagues.

Justine is married to  Shila Alaroker and they are blessed with three beautiful kids. 
His elder son and Daughter studies at Mother Ludia Kinder Garten and his little son is yet to join them in the coming year.

Justine speaks Ma'di, Luo , Arabic, and English fluently. Justine has 5 brothers (3 deceased) and 6 Sister( 3 deceased). He hailed from the original Pa'drombe Clan in LOA Boma, Pageri Payam. However, due to insurgency in South Sudan, his parents moved and settled in Ojujebe Refugee Camp.

Justine lived 3/4 of his life in Uganda while studying. He then moved and settled his family in Gulu City, Uganda in search of a better place and Education for his family.
